Welcome to ScanFlow. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

2. Service Packages & Inclusions

We offer distinct service packages. By purchasing a package, you are entitled to the specific services listed below:

Starter Package (4,900 LKR / year)

  • ScanFlow Mini Webpage hosting for 1 year.
  • Up to 05 Social Media Link integrations.
  • WhatsApp Direct Chat button.
  • Google Maps Location button.
  • Standard QR Code (Digital File).
  • Excludes: Custom branding, Table stand design.

Standard Package (6,900 LKR / year)

  • Everything in Starter Package.
  • Custom Brand Colors and Logo integration on the Mini Webpage.
  • Up to 07 Social Media Links.
  • Premium Table Stand Design (Phicical Delivery to Customer).
  • Excludes: Multi-Location.

Professional Package (9,900 LKR / year)

  • Everything in Standard Package.
  • Priority Support (Phone/WhatsApp).
  • Multi-Location Management support.
  • Custom Domain/Subdomain (e.g., yourname.scanflow.lk).
  • Optional NFC Card Version availability (Hard card cost charged separately).

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via HelaPay (PayHere). We do not store your payment card details. Services are billed annually. Failure to renew subscription will result in the suspension of the Mini Webpage service.

4. Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of our services (custom web page setup and design file generation), all sales are final once the initial draft, live QR link or Premium QR Table Stand has been delivered. If you have technical issues, please contact support for resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScanFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
